The Women Empowerment Program is a community-driven initiative focused on increasing women's participation in social, financial, and leadership domains.
Through a combination of training, awareness, and practical engagement, this program nurtures confidence and independence among women and girls.

📚 Key Focus Areas

Gender Equality & Legal Rights: Awareness of women’s rights, anti-discrimination laws, and how to access legal help in cases of violence or injustice.

Leadership & Confidence Building: Group discussions, public speaking, and role-play activities to build assertiveness and decision-making capacity.

Financial Independence: Basic financial literacy, saving habits, and digital banking. Women are guided in opening accounts and managing their money confidently.

Vocational Skill Training: Practical skills like tailoring, crafts, and basic digital tools that enable women to generate income from home or microbusinesses.

Health & Self-Care: Sessions on physical wellness, menstrual hygiene, mental health, and nutrition — promoting holistic well-being.

Mentorship & Role Models: Local women leaders and entrepreneurs are invited to inspire participants through Q&A, storytelling, and networking.

The program runs over 8 weeks and includes weekly community sessions, practical demonstrations, group discussions, and final certification.
